China Railway Express (Quanzhou-Moscow) successfully launched
At 10:30 on January 18, with the whistle of the train, the 75010/09 China-Europe train, carrying 50 40-foot containers full of Quanzhou local products, slowly departed from Quanzhou East Station, and will pass through Manzhouli all the way north. The departure to Moscow, Russia marked the successful start of the China Railway Express (Quanzhou-Moscow).
Quanzhou is the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, as well as an important strategic fulcrum city and a pioneering area. It is rich in private economic industrial clusters and is the main source of goods in Fujian Province. In recent years, with the rapid development of Quanzhou's foreign trade, Quanzhou's foreign trade partners have covered six continents, building an international economic and trade cooperation model with Southeast Asia, the European Union, Russia and other countries and regions, and gradually forming a global industrial ecosystem. The annual trade volume of countries (regions) along the "Maritime Silk Road" exceeds 100 billion yuan in2021. In the next five years, our city will give full play to the cultural characteristics of "Maritime Silk", actively integrate into the core area of Fujian Haisi, shoulder the mission of building a "Famous Maritime Silk City" in the 21st century, and create a new prosperity of "the rising seas of businessmen from all countries"; Build an important gateway on the Maritime Silk Road, weave a dense sales network of "buy the world, sell the world", build an industrial and commercial center facing Southeast Asia, and build a global consumer goods collection center.
